Kueh Bakar Labu


Salam dear....

This 'kueh' has been our top most favourite dessert during this ramadhan... to be frank with u, during this ramadhan also, I've tried to bake a few tradisional 'kueh' in order to challenge my skill in baking these category of 'kueh'... and yet it was worth trying... all the family members especially my hubby and my 2nd son are the top fans of this 'kueh bakar'... my 2nd son once told me, "ummi, this is a lot better than the green one that u baked before, that one is quite common la ummi... but this one ummmm.... so yummy la ummi..."

Whoaaa.. to have the compliments from my both top fans... I'm so much thankful to Bro Rozzan (though I don't have the chance to know him  ;). From his blog I managed to get this wonderful recipe.. thanx again bro... so, here is the recipe........


Kueh Bakar Labu 
Bahan-bahan:

500  gm   tepung gandum / wheat flour
800  ml  santan / coconut milk  (from 1 1/2 grated coconut)
1/2  sudu teh garam / tsp salt
1/2  sudu teh pewarna kuning / yellow colouring ( I don't use this)
1/2  sudu teh esen vanila / vanilla essence ( don't use also)

300  gm  labu kuning / yellow pumpkin
200  ml air / water
5  biji  telur / nos eggs
500  gm  gula kaster / castor sugar ( I only use 400 gm.. )

Cara membuatnya :
-  Labu di potong 4 atau 6 bahagian. Cuci bersih, buang biji tetapi jangan dibuang kulitnya. Rebus sehingga lembut, baru dikopek kulitnya & dikisar dengan 200 ml air hingga lumat
-  Pukul telur & gula sehingga kembang. Masukkan santan, garam, vanila, tepung dan labu. Pukul sampai halus dan tapis
- Panaskan 'oven' pada suhu 180C. Kemudian panaskan acuan yang hendak digunakan setelah dileser dgn minyak. Tuang adunan ke dalam acuan sehingga 3/4 penuh. Bakar hingga kekuningan dan masak.....

**Panduan : Santan boleh diganti dgn 1 tin 400 ml santan kotak + 400 ml air = 800 ml santan

Kambing Kurma Limau Purut

1 kg daging kambing - dipotong kiub (direbus dgn 'pressure cooker')

Bahan utk dikisar :
5 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
1 cm halia
1 cm lengkuas
1 cm kunyit

3 kuntum bunga lawang
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
sedikit kulit kayu manis

3 sudu besar rempah kurma + 1/2 cawan air
2 batang serai (dititik)
beberapa helai daun limau purut

200 ml santan
2 sudu besar sos tiram
1/2 biji tomato (di potong dadu (agak besar))
Garam & gula secukup rasa

Daun bawang & daun sup
Bawang goreng



Cara membuatnya :

- Daging kambing direbus dalam 'pressure cooker' sehingga empuk
- Tumis bahan kisar sehingga naik bau dan masukkan bunga lawang, bunga cengkih & kulit kayu manis
- Masukkan rempah kurma & 1/2 cawan air. Kacau dan masukkan serai serta daun limau purut
- Masukkan daging kambing dan air rebusannya. Kacau
- Tambahkan sos tiram, kacau dan juga masukkan santan
- Masukkan garam & gula secukupnya dan masak hingga mendidih
- Angkat dan ditabur dgn daun bawang, daun sup & bawang goreng


** Sangat sodap dimakan dengan roti biasa atau roti nan, atau pun sebagai lauk untuk makan dengan nasi... uummmppphhh!!!

Kueh Bakar Pandan....

Donno why I'm so enthusiastic today to make entries one after another...maybe because of I'd been silent all this while, almost a month I think... today is the tenth day of ramadhan...at the moment my hubby and our 3 gorgeous men are having their tarawikh at Masjid Putra...me, hehe...here, loyal with my laptop.... tonite me not going tarawikh coz...coz....hehe....

this ramadhan... I'm so much excited making and baking 'kueh tradisional'..... I know that I'm not that expert in making this kind of 'kueh' but I really wanna give myself a challenge...yeehaaaa..

on da 2nd day...hehe.. am started with baking this 'kueh' with the title up there... this 'kueh' is for all, not only people named Bakar can eat this.... ;)... got this recipe from rnet and because of my skill in baking authentics aka tradisional dishes is not yet been proved..(but who's gonna prove this..kih kih..) so, for my first attempt I decided to make it half of the recipe until I feel slightly regret after that...why?? continue reading k...hihi


Kueh Bakar Pandan

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups of coconut milk (santan)
5 - 6 nos eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup pandan water (~ use abt 10 pandan leaves)
2 cups flour

sesame (bijan) ~ optional (this one I don't use)


How to make :

- Whisk sugar & eggs till the sugar dissolve
- Add in all other ingredients except sesame.... stir till all well mix and sift
- Put in the mould till almost full... (I used 'loyang pecah 8'..the 'bunga2' one lor.. )
- Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180C for 35-40 minutes...
- spread the sesame on top when it is half-cooked ... (but I didn't...hehe...me don't like bijan ;)
- of course remove from the oven when it is fully cooked....if not....it will be kueh bakar pandan tebakar hangus...ngeeee.......


**I don't have time to capture the outcome... coz once we break our fast that day... each one's hand seems to go to the same plate.... and because of I did this into half of the recipe, so managed to get only 3 moulds which is one is ours, one I gave to my sis-in-law next door and another one to makcik or nenek, our rear neighbour....

from the feedback from my dearest hubby, whoaaa....who seems not enough with that only one mould 'kueh'... "this is a perfect 'kueh bakar' that I have ever taste... so you can start sell this one laa..." kih kih..... but deep in my heart says, this 'kueh' has become 'extra2 sodap' just because you guys 'berebut2' menyantap.... hihi

Kek Mentega Kurma...

Assalamu'alaykum.....

hari ni Shiela nak berkongsi resipi 'butter cake' yg dibuat masa puasa ke-3 baru2 ni.... bukan apa, hari tu anak sulung Shiela ada majlis iftar bersama dgn semua pelajar Gontor Malaysia yg lain yg dibuat di Sg. Ramal...

dia ada tanya, "nak bawa apa ye Ummi utk majlis berbuka nanti ?"....
"entah, Ummi pun takde idea la...nak masak apa ya..?"....
"kawan kata suruh Ummi buat kek la, dia kata kek Ummi buat sedap2..."

...... mak aii, terangkat makcik mendengarnyer..... ngeh3.... maklumlah kengkawan anak2 yg kata gitu kan... maka berkobar2 la hati makcik nk menyingsing lengan membuat kek... dlm hati berkata gak, ada ke umat yg nak makan kek masa berbuka nanti... ahh, peduli laa... janji buat, janji bawak...& janji senang...kih kih


Kek Mentega Kurma
Bahan2 :

250 gm mentega (butter)
200 gm gula halus
5 biji telur  (asingkan kuning & putih telur)
50 ml susu segar

240 gm tepung gandum } di ayak
1 sudu teh baking powder } bersama

200 gm kurma
 (dipotong kecil2... nak letak lebih kurma lebih lagi pun boleh. Kalau tak nak manis sangat kurangkan gula ya puan2)

** Pukul putih telur hingga kembang semangkuk... ;)
** Gaulkan kurma dengan tepung gandum terlebih dahulu... 


Cara membuatnya :
- Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang....
- Masukkan telur kuning satu persatu, pukul dan masukkan susu segar
- Akhir sekali, masukkan kurma dan tepung serta putih telur yang telah dipukul tadi....
- dah siap... boleh bakar dlm oven pd suhu 175C selama 50~60 minit


** dek kerana tak nak bg nampak gersang jer atas kek tuh, Shiela 'topping' kan dia dgn 'cheese topping' yg memang dh ada dlm fridge tuu.... maka membawa la depa tiga beranak pegi majlis iftar tu dgn membawa kek mentega kurma tajaan Ummi.... jeng jeng jeng... jgn kemana2... ada sambungan cerita nii... ;)

** maka balik la depa dgn berlenggang kangkong.......
"kitorg gi terawih kat masjid Uniten tadi mi...ummi, ummi nak tau kek ummi buat tadi liciiiinnnn"....
"hmmm, ye ke... ada gak org makan kek ummi ekk...."

"apa tidaknyer, kawan abah tu dok beratur panjang nak ngambik nasi...kebetulan depan dia tu kek ummi, kitorg tgk satu... satu.... dia ambik makan...."
pastu abah tanya dia, "Ko tau ke sapa yg buat kek ni... Ummi Rushdan la yg buat nii..."
"O ya ka, buleh order laa..." kata kwn abah tu...sambil makan dan makan lagi.... sampai separuh kek tu abih kat dia...."huh..berbaloi & alhamdulillah" (dalam hati i ler ;)...

Homemade Nasi Impit

Are all of you in the pink of health today? Alhamdulillah, in whatever state of health we are now, we should not fail from thanking and be grateful to ALlah s.w.t for His great advantages and very pleasing gifts to each of everyone of us...By remembering Him then the heart will be in the calmness, for sure....


My entry this time is to share with all the readers here on how to make the homemade 'Nasi Impit'..Do you guys know what is nasi impit? Nasi impit is a compressed or compact form of rice. We normally cook the rice in a holey thermal plastic (plastik tahan panas) in a large quantity of water...Soon, when the rice is cooked, then it will become compressed and compact.

How to cook :
Prepare;
a few pieces of thermal plastic
some rice

Put the rice in the plastic and hold diagonally (pic above). The rice level should be slightly lower than the diagonal line. Then, you must staple the opening and make holes on it by using satay stick, toothpick or any sharp object. Place it in a pot with a suitable amount of water and cook. Once it cooked, drain the water and let it cool. Then you can cut it into cubes....

(I ensure you, once you try this one out, you'll love its tender and soft texture of nasi impit. It is much better than the ready-made one...so, no more buying that one (+ wasting money)... make your own...k! So you guys can have this nasi impit with my previous entry (Lodeh Bandung & Kuah Kacang) together.......!)

Lodeh Bandung & Kuah Kacang.... + nasi impit

Lodeh Bandung

I do feel the flu is coming this morning...yez indeed, it makes me weak physically & emotionally, but despite that uncomfortable feeling...and of course with the help from my maid, I still force myself to cook these dishes especially for my mom-in-law who is now staying with us during the week days. I noticed that she lost her appetite lately so I decided to cook this kind of menu today. I hope she will enjoy it....

After sending my 2nd son to school for his UPSR trial (actually he is still in MC due to his right humerus fractured) & chatting with Nina and Kak Inah at the school canteen, I started my 'journey' today to find all the ingredients needed. So, here it is.........


Lodeh Bandung
500 gm daging/udang
(daging direbus dgn pressure cooker terlebih dahulu)

3 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
1/2 inci halia
1/2 inci lengkuas
1 biji tomato
2-3 biji cili merah
2 biji buah keras
cekur (optional)
(semua bahan di atas dikisar halus)

3 sudu besar cili kering kisar

bunga kobis (dipotong kecil)
carrot (didadu)
ubi kentang (didadu)
kacang panjang (dipotong kecil)
(kuantiti sayur2an terpulang kpd masing2)

sedikit santan (~200ml)
air (~1 liter)



Cara membuat :


-Tumis bahan2 kisar sehingga naik bau
-Masukkan cili kering kisar

-Masukkan air, kentang dan karot diikuti dgn daging dan air rebusannya
-Masukkan bunga kobis dan kacang panjang
-Akhir sekali, masukkan santan...sesuaikan rasa dengan garam & gula secukupnya
-....dah siap dan boleh diangkat

**masak sayur2an jgn jadi terlampau lembut
**dinasihatkan oleh pakar2 pemakanan..(ewahh), supaya tidak dicampurkan daging ayam/lembu dengan makanan laut (seafood)...


(I specially created this name of 'Lodeh Bandung' because I got the idea from the dish that we ate when we had our family trip to Bandung in 2007...the morning we left Hotel Bukit Indah, Puncak, Bogor that day....we had our breakfast and one of the dishes that I love very much that particular morning is this menu...I asked my bibik what kind of broth is that...It was just so nice, lots of veges mixed with beef and served with a light coconut milk gravy (because it's hard to find coconut over there)...so, once reached home here, I decided to make that kind and it was so delighted to see that my family loves it very much...it is a kind of lontong or masak lodeh actually, but none of our family members like it...but, this lodeh is actually up to our taste and also the kids...)

Apam Balik


Bahan-bahan :

2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1/2 cawan gula
1 butir telur
1 1/2 cawan air
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
1/2 sudu kecil pewarna kuning


Bahan taburan :

1 cawan kacang goreng ~ ditumbuk
1 cawan gula halus
1 tin jagung krim


Kaedah penyediaan :
1. Mesinkan telur dan gula (guna blender je)
2. Masukkan air, baking powder dan pewarna kuning. Mesin.
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit-sedikit dan mesin hingga tidak berketul.
4. Panaskan kuali yang disapu dengan sedikit minyak. Masukkan satu
senduk adunan. Tutup kuali sebentar.
5. Masukkan bahan tabur. Tutup semula kuali.
6. Bila kulit berwarna keperangan, bolehlah diangkat dan dilipat dua.


Nota :
1. Jika tiada tepung naik sendiri, gantikan dengan tepung gandum
dicampur dengan 1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat.
2. Sekiranya menggunakan kuali tak lekat, tidak perlu disapu dengan
minyak terlebih dahulu.


(Shiela dapat resipi ni dari e-group Relaxjap...maaf tak pernah cuba lagi ni sebenarnyer..tu yg takder gambar...tapi katanya memang resipi ni boleh buat meniaga laa....cubalah yer, nanti bg feedback kt kita)

Spaghetti Sauce

I got this recipe not so sure from where, but whenever I'm craving for an Italian menu...spaghetti to be exact..this is the one that I'll be looking for..coz u guys know what?? The outcome is more or less the same like the Prego sauce...and some more, I have the doubtful feeling towards this brand as well...so, to be on safe side, make ur own....


Ingredients:
400 gm minced meat (beef)
1 can tomato puree (450 gm)
1 can sliced button mushroom (to drain)
250 gm mixed vegetables
2 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp white pepper

4 cloves garlic - minced
2 large onions - diced
2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Oregano
Salt - to taste
Sugar - to taste

How to cook :
-Heat butter in pan over medium fire
-When hot, stir-fry minced garlic till fragrant
-Add onions, stir-fry till soft...add in minced beef and fry till the water dry
-Add in tomato puree and all ingredients
-Put in salt & sugar as to ur taste....
-Lastly, add oregano.....
-......ready to serve

(I used to add about 500ml water after frying the minced beef as we do like it a bit watery...Happy trying!!)

Chocolate Chip Muffin

Bahan-bahan
3 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
2 cawan gula halus
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda bikarbonat
1 tsp garam
2 cawan susu segar (Shiela bancuh pakai susu tepung jer...)
2 biji telor - dipukul sedikit
2/3 cawan minyak jagung
2 tsp esen vanila
1 1/2 cawan choc chips


Cara membuat :

-Campurkan tepung, gula, koko, baking powder, soda & garam dan diayak
-Dengan menggunakan 'mixer', pukul susu, telor, vanila & minyak hingga sebati
-Masukkan campuran tepung tadi dan dikacau rata
-Masukkan choc chips
-Isikan adunan kedalam 'papercups'...
-Bakar dalam suhu 200 C sehingga masak...(+- 20-25 min)

**Pengalaman Shiela....setiap kali membuat muffin..selalunya menggunakan hi-speed dan dibakar pada suhu tinggi iaitu pada 200 C...itu yg membuatkan dia naik berbumbung tinggi...tapi lain orang mungkin lain caranya.....

(Got this recipe from homesweethome as well...First time baked this to send to my eldest son in Indonesia....then, got a phone call from him saying many thanks for the yummy2 muffins...aaahhhsss, so touched..)

Simple Choc Cupcakes


Bahan A
2 cawan tepung serbaguna
1 cawan serbuk koko
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda bikarbonat
3 tsp serbuk instant nescafe
secubit garam halus


Bahan B
2 cawan gula kastor
1 cawan minyak jagung/sayur
1 cawan susu cair (atau susu segar..tapi Shiela bancuh sendiri guna susu tepung)
3 biji telor


Bahan C
3/4 cawan air panas

** (Shiela tambah kismis dalam adunan (sbb kebetulan ada, so ada rasa manis2 buah..) dan kepingan almond sbg hiasan diatas)


Cara membuat :
-Campurkan kesemua bahan A yang telah diayak..
-Dalam bekas lain, campurkan kesemua bahan B & pukul sebati..
-Putar bahan A perlahan2 sambil masukkan bahan B sedikit2...Lajukan putaran hingga semua sebati dan sedikit kembang..
-Tuang air panas & putar lagi hingga sebati
-Isikan 3/4 adunan dalam 'paper cups'...
-Bakar pada suhu 175 C selama 20-25 minit..Jika bakar utk sebiji kek, guna suhu 160 C

Pastry Choux / Cream Puff


selepas dibakar... voila!!

Sebelum dibakar

Bahan-bahan
1/2 liter air sejuk
200gm mentega/butter
1 sudu teh gula halus

250 gm tepung gandum
secubit garam (diayak bersama tpg)
6 biji telur


Cara membuat:
- Air, mentega dan gula ~ dimasak hingga mendidih
- Kecilkan api, masukkan tepung.
- Kacau dengan senduk kayu hingga adunan tidak melekat di periuk
- Sejukkan adunan selama 15 minit
- Masukkan telur satu persatu, pukul sampai sebati & sehingga adunan kelihatan agak berkilat
- Terapkan di atas dulang pembakar & bakar dalam oven (180C) sehingga masak
- Setelah sejuk, potong ditengah dan masukkan intinya...& dah boleh ngappppp....


** ehh...ehhh....lupa lak nak bagi resipi inti di tengahnya...hehe....

Boleh gunakan instant custard mix yang dicampur dgn air masak. Kacau sehingga semuanya sebati dan nak tau apa yang lagi best...? Shiela campur dgn cheese mixture (topping untuk carrot cake). Boleh refer di resipi carrot cake ya.. Woww, campuran filling ini memang buat kita terangkat. Cubalah yer!

Baulu Minyak


Bahan-bahan :
1 cawan gula } dijadikan gula perang/hangus
1 cawan air }

1 cawan - gula pasir
6 biji - telur
2 cawan - tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil - soda bikarbonat
1 cawan - minyak


Cara membuat :
- Pukul telur dan gula (hi speed) selama 10 minit.
- Kemudian, turunkan kelajuan, masukkan yg selebihnya.
- Masukkan dalam acuan muffin yg dileser minyak terlebih dahulu (tak perlu guna paper cup)
- Bakar pada suhu 160C selama 30-45 min (bergantung pd saiz acuan tersebut)
- Selamat Mencuba !! (senang banget......;)

Resipi 'Lamb de Puree'... yang mengancam jiwa



Haaa... ini satu lagi resipi kegemaran seisi keluarga Shiela Ramai juga kawan-kawan Shiela yang minta resipi ini. Maklumlah menjilat jari hingga ke siku gitu. Setiap kali kalau ada usrah atau diskusi di rumah, mesti hubby minta masakkan menu ini sebab senang dan ringkas dan kerana ianya sudah pasti sedap. Makan dicicah dengan roti Gardenia ke, roti Nan ke, roti Prata ke, memang mengancam gitu... Nanti cuba ya!

Bahan-bahannya :

1 kg daging kambing
(potong kecil dan direbus dalam pressure cooker)



Daging kambing yang telah direbus empuk


5 ulas bwg merah}
3 ulas bwg putih }
1 biji cili merah } dikisar halus
1 biji tomato }
sedikit lengkuas }

5 sudu besar tomato puri
5 sudu besar sos cili
3 sudu besar sos tiram
garam dan gula secukup rasa

½ biji bawang besar (dipotong biasa)
½ biji lada benggala hijau sederhana besar (dipotong dadu)
½ biji lada benggala merah sederhana besar (dipotong dadu)
1   biji tomato sederhana besar (dipotong dadu - untuk memekatkan kuah)

sedikit lada hitam (optional)
sedikit oregano (optional) (kalau letak, lagi mengancam)

1 cawan air

3 batang serai (dititik)
bbrp helai daun limau purut


Cara-cara membuatnya :

- Tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar hingga naik bau. Masukkan serai dan daun limau purut. Tumiskan bahan-bahan tersebut sehingga agak kering

- Masukkan tomato puri dan sos cili, sos tiram dan lain-lain...

- Kemudian, masukkan daging kambing bersama air rebusannya. Masak sehingga agak pekat. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.

- Akhir sekali, masukkan bawang besar, lada benggala dan tomato yang telah dipotong dadu tadi. Kacau rata dan biarkan atas api sederhana hingga kuah menjadi agak pekat dan akhir sekali masukkan oregano... dan siap!

- Sedap di makan bersama roti dan roti dan roti... nasi pun ok!

** In BBBangi, I used to buy the lamb meat at Madam Butcher (in the same row with Hajaba). Just ask them to have the lamb cut into small pieces.

Aiskrim Magnolia

1 tin susu cair
10 sudu teh susu tepung
10 sudu besar gula halus
3 sudu besar tepung kastad
1 tin susu air panas suam
sedikit esen ros & durian


Cara :

-Susu cair disejukkan dahulu. Pukul susu cair sampai naik putih

-Campur bahan2 : tpg susu, gula, kastad & gaul rata serta campurkan air panas suam ke dalam adunan tadi. Kemudian jerang hingga menggelegak. Semasa dijerang hendaklah dikacau.

-Selepas menggelegak, angkat dan kacau hingga sejuk sedikit.

-Kemudian, pukul lagi & campurkan dgn esen dan warnakan ikut suka.

-Tabur dengan kacang tumbuk & simpan dlm freezer.......


** My eldest bro had tried this recipe long ago and from then, he keeps preparing it again and again for all of us b4 pursued his studies in US....believe me, it was so yummy yummy...tastier than the one u always had, better than any brand u always see...ngeeee....and on top of that, healthier coz no preservative at all.....voila!!

BlueBerry Cheese Tarts

Bahan-bahan :
(**resepi 1)
Sugar Dough (pastri asas)

250g butter
125g icing sugar
1 no 'B' egg
440gm plain flour


Filling :
250gm Philadelphia cream cheese
60gm gula caster
20gm butter
1 no 'B' egg

Blueberry filling


Cara membuat :
1.. Pukul butter dgn icing sugar sampai kembang.
2. Masukkan telur, pukul sampai sebati (well mixed).
3. Masuk tepung, gaul hingga rata.
4. Cubit sikit dan tekan dalam tart mould yang telah digris. Tekan dalam
mould dengan fork.
5.. Bakar 180C untuk 10-12 minit (3/4 masak). Keluar dan ketepikan.
6. Untuk filling, pukul cream cheese, gula dan butter sampai kembang, masuk
telur dan pukul hingga rata.Masukkan dalam piping beg.
7. Bubuh dalam 1/2 sudu kecil blueberry dalam tat shell dan pipekan cheese
keatasnya.
8. Bakar 180C dalam 5-10minit. Angkat

Sugar dough (pastri asas)

300 gm tepung gandum }
1 sudu besar susu tepung } diayak
180 gm gula aising }

180 gm mentega
1 biji telur


Inti keju :
250 gm krim keju (philadelphia)
40 gm gula aising
20 gm butter
1 biji telur
3 sudu besar krim putar (jika suka)

Blueberry (sbg hiasan)


Cara membuat :
-Untuk pastri, satukan mentega, tepung gandum, susu tepung dan gula hingga menjadi seperti serbuk roti
-Masukkan telur dan uli sehingga doh menjadi lembut. Dinginkan dalam peti sejuk selama 20 minit, keluarkan dan terap doh dalam acuan bulat bergerigi. Tekan/cucuk doh dengan garfu hingga berlubang2...
-Bakar selama 15-20 minit pada suhu 180 C...(biarkan sejuk dahulu baru boleh disimpan dalam bekas kedap udara)

-utk inti keju, adunkan keju, gula aising & butter hingga berkrim. Masukkan telur dan krim putar dan kacau sebati...dah siap!
-tuang inti keju sehingga penuh ke dalam pastri yg telah siap tadi
-paipkan sedikit blueberry ke atas int keju....kuis dgn lidi utk membentuk corak...bakar selama 8-10 minit pada suhu 180 C....

Tips:
U can bake the pastries in advance and do keep it in an air tight container...so whenever u guys craving for the blueberry/egg tart or u have any guest coming....just pour in the filling and bake for another 10 minutes....& it's ready to eat....(be sure not to keep it for so long, not more than a month...but i bet u, it will definitely finish before that, as ur kids will surely have it as their cookies because it is just so sweet & crunchy...hehe)

KFC Cole Slaw

Ingredients:


4 1/2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
6 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup chopped onions
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Miracle Whip works well)
1 cup sugar
2 carrots
2 heads cabbage


Directions:

- Mix oil, onions and sugar.
- Add Tarragon vinegar.
- Fold in mayonnaise.
- Pour over grated carrots and cabbage.
- Fold in well.
- Refrigerate overnight in an air-tight covered dish.

## Believe me... wow!! it turned out to be very2 marvellous..  yeha! If you guys afraid of being so 'sweet'.. then just put less sugar in it...

My Own Sweet Muffin

Ingredients :


7 nos Egg
500 gm Castor sugar
400 ml Vegetable oil
600 gm Multipurpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Salt
300 ml Fresh milk
1 tbsp Vanilla

Filling : Blueberry, choc chip, choc rice or almond flake


How to do :

1. Beat eggs & sugar till fluffy. Then pour in veg oil, beat with hi-speed
2. Add in vanilla and continue to whisk
3. Sift the flour, b/powder & salt together
4. Then add in flour and milk alternately
5. Scoop in about 3/4 of the paper cup, then add on the filling that you like
6. Preheat oven at 200C and bake for 20-25 minutes
