My Own Sweet Muffin

Ingredients :


7 nos Egg
500 gm Castor sugar
400 ml Vegetable oil
600 gm Multipurpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Salt
300 ml Fresh milk
1 tbsp Vanilla

Filling : Blueberry, choc chip, choc rice or almond flake


How to do :

1. Beat eggs & sugar till fluffy. Then pour in veg oil, beat with hi-speed
2. Add in vanilla and continue to whisk
3. Sift the flour, b/powder & salt together
4. Then add in flour and milk alternately
5. Scoop in about 3/4 of the paper cup, then add on the filling that you like
6. Preheat oven at 200C and bake for 20-25 minutes
